Among the presentation were Sutherlands of Portsoy Scottish salmon products and our naturally smoked haddock & kippers packed in our new branded retail packs. Two specially prepared packs of cold smoked salmon infused with Laphroaig whisky were presented to the Duke in the knowledge this was his favourite dram – this was particularly well received.
The Duke was interested to hear about the company’s origins, our traditional smoking process and the story behind the brand.
